Rocky Mountain Health Club offers exercise for all people of all fitness levels.
A 19,000 sq. ft. facility which offers an array of modern exercise equipment you would find in some of the largest health clubs across the country.
High Altitude workout! Rocky Mountain Health Club is located at 7,500 ft. See link for high altitude training
Stretching room, Boxing room and Spinning® room have been added to the Rocky Mountain Health Club.
Hammer Strength® top of the line exercise equipment is provided at the Rocky Mountain Health Club.
Treadmills, Ellipticals
and SteppersFree Weights area with weights up to 100 lbs.
Exercise classes are included with your membership, giving our members more choices and availability for a great work out. See our Class schedule and Class descriptions pages.
Saunas are located in both men and women's locker room for your enjoyment!
Whirlpools are located in both men & women's locker rooms and are tested twice a day everyday of the year.
Lockers with keys are available to use daily at no extra charge.
Also larger lockers are available to rent monthly, semi-annual or annual for a small fee. See our Membership Info page for fees.
Sanitizer Wipes & Hand Sanitizer Gel Dispensers
Supplements and Protein products are available for purchase at the front desk. Our prices are competitive to other retailers who sell the same brand name products.
New to the fitness circuit? No worries...Personal trainers are available to help you get the most out of your workouts.
Free Orientation available when you sign up as a new member to Rocky Mountain Health Club.
Massage Therapy located downstairs inside the Rocky Mountain Health Club see our Massage Therapy page for details about massage and to make an appointment.
Racquetball, Basketball & Squash court usage is included with your membership. All you have to do is sign up for a time slot. Racquets & balls available to use at no extra charge. Located at the front desk.
Tanning Bed is located downstairs in the Rocky Mountain Health Club. You do not need to be a member to use our tanning bed. New tanning bulbs professionally installed October 2008!

Physical Therapy located downstairs provided by the Estes Park Medical Center Physical Therapy.
Gift certificates are available all year long for memberships of any amount. We also have gift certificates available for tanning packages.
